Investigation launched but we aren't treating the incident as suspicious
We were called to an incident at Princess Quay shopping centre in Hull shortly before 6.40pm following reports of a man having suffered serious injuries after jumping from a balcony inside the shopping centre near the cinema.
Ambulance crews treated the man on scene but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
One PCSO was bitten and a further three police officers had blood splattered on them as they attempted to arrest two people in seperate incidents over the weekend.
A PCSO, who was restraining a 32 Year-old Grimsby woman, was bitten on the arm. The woman was arrested on Saturday evening and has been summons to appear at court and a later date on charges of wounding with intent and for breach of a Criminal Behaviour Order.
We are currently involved in a search of the River Derwent at Stamford Bridge following reports that a woman entered the water
We received a call yesterday afternoon reporting that a 47 year-old woman was missing. Our investigations lead us to believe that the woman entered the water at Stamford Bridge. The circumstance are not thought to be suspicious.
