Habrough crime series

North East Lincolnshire: call 101 if you have any information about the incidents

Investigations are underway following three incidents in Habrough.

The first was a garage burglary on Cravens Lane between 12.30am and 4.30am on Sunday 23 April, in which two chainsaws and two lawnmowers were stolen. Crime reference number 2266243.

Hull: Five teams will be performing to show how much they rock

Tomorrow night (Saturday 6 May) at Hull City Hall the Be Your Best Foundation will present the 2017 Rock Challenge Youth Division.

Youth groups from across Hull entered the Youth Division event in September and have been working hard all year to perfect their performances.

Assault in club toilet

Cleethorpes: If you witnessed this assault call 101

We’re appealing for witnesses to an assault that allegedly occurred in the toilet of 0 Degrees North on High Street, Cleethorpes at around 3am on Monday 1 May.

The victim, a  33-year-old man, was allegedly assaulted in the toilet of a club by up to four men.

Man charged with robbery

Cleethorpes: He will be appearing in court today

18-year-old Dayne Todd Sparkles of Sixhills Street, Grimsby has been charged with robbery and has been remanded to appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court today (Friday 5 May).

This relates to a robbery on Promenade, Cleethorpes at 4am on Monday 1 May.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested  on suspicion of robbery and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

Taxi robbed at knife point

Grimsby: Anyone who can identify the person involved should call 101.

We are appealing for witnesses after a taxi driver was robbed on Carnarvon Avenue, Grimsby at midday on Tuesday 2 May.

A 31-year-old taxi driver was sat inside his taxi waiting for a fare when an unknown man approached the open driver’s side window before allegedly threatening the driver with a knife.

Six drug warrants executed during Operation Windsor

Hull: We are committed to directing heroin users into support in beating drug addiction

Last week in Hull we launched Operation Windsor in response to Heroin use in the city, with six Misuse of Drug act warrants being executed at properties in the city, resulting in Heroin being seized, four people being charged with drug offences and two further people released under investigation while enquiries continue.

Do you know John Brian Hunt?

Grimsby: Next of kin appeal

We are appealing to find the next of kin of 68-year-old John Brian Hunt who passed away at an address on Pear Tree Close, Grimsby on Wednesday 26 April.

It is thought that he may have relatives in the Nottinghamshire area.

The death is not being treated as suspicious, however enquiries to trace next of kin have so far proved unsuccessful.

Medals stolen in Brigg burglary

Help us locate the stolen property and reunited it with the rightful owner.

We were called reporting a burglary at a home on Wrawby Road in Brigg.  The burglary took place between 1 and 21 April 2017 as the elderly owners were away.

A considerable number of collectable medals and a Walter Spragget scale model of a steam traction engine were stolen, which we want help in recovering.

Bag stolen from vulnerable man

Hull: Did you see incident in Orchard Park Road?

We’re appealing for help in identifying the person responsible for knocking a vulnerable man off his bike and stealing his bag.

The incident happened in Orchard Park Road, Hull, at around 8pm on Friday, April 28, when the 44-year-old disabled victim was attacked as he rode his purple Raleigh bike.

Two men charged with robbery

Grimsby: Both men appeared in court today

18-year-old Wesley Glynn Robinson of Convamore Road, Grimsby and 20-year-old Nathan Lee Johnson of Redbourne Street, Scunthorpe have been charged with a robbery that took place on Sixhills Street, Grimsby on Monday 17 April.

Johnson was also charged with using a vehicle without insurance and using a vehicle without a licence.
