Grimsby: Gaskin charged with burglary at butcher

Darren Raymond Gaskin, 40, of Duncombe Street, Grimsby has been charged with a burglary at Needhams Butchers, Garibaldi Street, Grimsby. He has been remanded to appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court today (Monday, March 20).

He was arrested on Saturday, March 18, following a wanted appeal in the Grimsby Telegraph on Thursday, March 16.

Van drives off following collision on Hall Road

Hull: Any witnesses are urged to call 101

We are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision close to Sirius Academy North on Hall Road, Hull at around 7.20am on Friday 17 March.

A grey coloured Fiat 500 was driving along the road when a white van nudged the rear of Fiat twice, before overtaking the car.

The incident caused damage to the rear bumper, lights and scratches to the rear paint work.

Man robbed in alleyway

Can you help us track down a man who is said to have robbed a 33-year-old man in a Scunthorpe alleyway?

The incident happened in an alleyway off Ajax Court at around 5am yesterday (Sunday, March 19), when the man demanded that the victim hand over his wallet.

Man robbed by three suspects

Hull: Please help us identify the offenders.

We are appealing for witnesses following a robbery on Crispin Close, Hull between 7.30pm and 8pm on Thursday 16 March.

A 50-year-old man was walking along the street when an unknown man shouts him over and asks if the victim has a lighter.

He was then grabbed and threatened by a second man before having his wallet stolen by a third man.

Witnesses sought to exposure incident

We are appealing for witnesses after an indecent exposure incident on the footbridge from Wiltshire Road towards Woburn Street, Hull at around 3.20pm yesterday (Thursday 16 March).

A man already on the footbridge exposed his genitals to the woman before leaving the area in a grey car.

Student house burgled

Reminder to lock doors and windows

A shared house, used as student accommodation, on Cottingham Road in Hull was entered on Sunday 12 March at around 11.30pm.

The intruder stole a student’s car keys , wallet and mobile phone (black Sony Experia) and went on to steel the victim’s black Vauxhall Corsa.

Tonight (Wednesday 15 March) 25 young people, aged between 15-18, will be taking the oath to become Police Cadets.

Since applying to be a cadet, the young people have all completed two induction days covering a variety of different topics including health and safety, officer safety, professional standards and fitness.

12 year-old boy assaulted on Appleton Road, Hull.

A boy has reported being assaulted at around 5pm on 12 March, as he rode his bike on Appleton Road in Hull.

A teenage boy, described as being white, 16 years-old, around 5' 4", with dark brown curly hair, is alleged to have stopped the 12 year-old as he rode his bike and punched him in the face.

The 16 year-old suspect was accompanied by a woman in her 30s who was driving a black Fiat 500.

Coastguard help Police and Fire search for missing man in Hull

Emergency services called after man seen entering the river

We were called at around 7pm yesterday evening (Tuesday 14th March) after a man was seen by members of public going into the water near The Deep in Hull.

Several members of public tried to help the man but were unable to do so. We attended along with Fire and Rescue and the Coastguard and searches were carried out along the Humber but sadly the man couldn't be found.
